  • Cancellations made five days before the tour's departure date will not be charged any fees. The deposit can be used to reschedule your trip with us or refunded.
  • A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour's departure time.
  • You will not be reimbursed if you cannot attend the trip for any reason.
  • The company will return the deposit if the trip is canceled due to inclement weather, unanticipated events, or government orders.
  • For the private tours, the deposit is not refundable.
